Pure Cinnamon Protein Apples

These apple slices are so easy that you can make them at the office and then have a healthy, filling snack ready for whenever you need that added power blast!

OUR TIP: If you’re going to make three apples and store them, add a teaspoon or two of lemon juice to keep the apples from going brown. If you just want to make this snack with one apple, use a third of a scoop of protein. It’s the perfect power-packed treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 Apples
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon Ground
  • 1 scoop 100% PURE Whey Protein Powder: Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cut the three apples into chunks or slices and place them into a plastic bag.
  2. Add the cinnamon and the protein powder into the bag.
  3. Seal the bag and shake vigorously.
  4. Serve now or place in the refrigerator to chill for a few minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
