Pure Mocha Protein Shake

Get your caffeine and protein all in one delicious sip! A moderate amount of the stimulant can boost stamina, increase endurance and delay fatigue, so this recipe’s a perfect pre-gym session.



  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon Jell-O Sugar-butterscotch flavour
  • 2 scoopsPURE Whey protein (chocolate flavour)
  • 1/2 cup concentrated cold brew coffee (do not water it down), or really strong coffee, chilled
  • 1 cup ice


In a blender, mix the milk and pudding powder until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Add coffee, protein powder and ice; blend until smooth!
