NO BAKE VANILLA PROTEIN CAKE

HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Syrup
  • 3 tbsp Milk 2%
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp White Flour
  • 3 tbsp Pancakes, Plain, Dry Mix, Incomplete
  • 1 scoop PURE Whey Protein Powder Vanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender (except for the flour, pancake mix and protein powder) until well mixed.
  2. Add the flour, pancake mix, and protein powder into the blender and mix together.
  3. Add the mixture into a non-stick bowl and microwave for 2 minutes (if it’s still “wet” looking at the top, microwave for an additional 10 seconds at a time).

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Potato, Red
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Milk 2%
  • 1 scoop PURE Protein Whey Powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Skin potatoes.
  2. Place potatoes in a large pot.
  3. Cover with water and boil for 15 minutes or until you can pierce through them with a fork.
  4. Drain potatoes before adding them back to the pot and mashing them.
  5. Add butter, milk and protein powder to the potatoes and mix thoroughly.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

PERFECT PANCAKES

We know we had pancake recipes before…but trying to always up our game is what we do best!  Almost completely guilt free treats for any day come rain or shine….try these perfect pancakes!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup (30g) PURE WHEY protein powder
  • 1 small pre-baked-till-soft sweet potato* and 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup (132ml)  liquid egg whites

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend everything together.
  2. Fry up on a HOT (properly) nonstick pan with some low-cal spray on it or coconut oil.
  3. Turn the heat down to medium and flip when bubbles start to appear on the pancakes’ surface.
  4. Serve plain (they’re moist enough!) or top with your syrup or topping of choice!

MAGIC MUFFINS

Craving for those savoury treats…. let’s rather help you out with something that has a Protein Power Punch.  The PURE MAGIC MUFFINS.

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 40 g Biltong
  • 100 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 60 g Instant Oats
  • 40 g (1 and a half scoop) PURE Whey Protein
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Chives
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Wash and chop approx. 10 chives.
  3. Chop Biltong into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, pour Instant Oats, PURE Whey Protein and Baking Powder. Make a well and add the eggs and milk. Mix.
  5. Add the grated cheese, chives and dried beef.
  6. Season
  7. Divide batter into cupcake trays. Bake in the oven for about 15 min.
