If you don’t have the time or energy to go to the gym or it’s just too cold, try this workout you can do from the comfort of your own home without any equipment. It can take as little as 10 minutes and is guaranteed to give you a great workout. Start in the middle with exercise 1 then begin with 2, when you have done that return to the exercise in the middle 1. Proceed to each progressive exercise number doing exercise 1 in between. For example if sit ups is exercise 1 for my first set, start with 10 x sit ups then do 10 x push ups followed by 10 sit ups again.
Only take a break after the entire set is done
Once you have completed your first set, start with exercise two as your main exercise and do this in between each of the other exercises.
Add difficulty by increasing the number of circuits you do or the number of reps per exercise
