Ingredients
What is in the pancake mix?
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Milk 2% – 1 cup Blueberries (fresh)
- 1 scoop 100% PURE Whey Protein Powder
Instructions
- Microwave oats and milk for 1/2 – 3 minutes.
- Thoroughly mix protein powder into the oats.
- Add blueberries on top and smile while gazing upon your magnificently delicious creation.
