The body is a chemical machine that needs various nutrients to take care of our health. Maintenance of the right levels of Vitamins is necessary, and for this we need to add the most necessary of these 8 B Vitamins (also called B Complex Vitamins), as they are highly necessary. These include:

When the MTHFR gene is normal, it undertakes the process of methylation and this helps in the better elimination of toxins and heavy metals from the body, thus reducing the chance of getting cancer and other serious health issues. When there is a problem in the MTHFR gene however, there is a defect in the production of this enzyme, and it is then not able to function properly.

As a defective MTHFR increases the risk of cancer, those suffering from this deficiency are then exposed to various forms of cancers including breast and prostate cancer. Conditions such as congenital heart problems, stroke, depression, irritable bowel syndrome, migraines and many other conditions are also linked to this deficiency.

As the body is unable to convert inactive forms of folate and B12 to active forms, its levels increase in the blood serum – causing a build up of higher levels of copper, mercury and other heavy metals.

Because of this, one must select the right supplement that has the correct levels of methylated forms of vitamin B. To achieve this, one has to do the following:
