Craving for those savoury treats…. let’s rather help you out with something that has a Protein Power Punch. The PURE MAGIC MUFFINS.
- 3 Eggs
- 40 g Biltong
- 100 g Cheddar Cheese
- 60 g Instant Oats
- 40 g (1 and a half scoop) PURE Whey Protein
- 100 ml Milk
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Wash and chop approx. 10 chives.
- Chop Biltong into small pieces.
- In a bowl, pour Instant Oats, PURE Whey Protein and Baking Powder. Make a well and add the eggs and milk. Mix.
- Add the grated cheese, chives and dried beef.
- Divide batter into cupcake trays. Bake in the oven for about 15 min.
