PROTEIN BALL BITES

Our deliciously soft protein bites are a perfect sweet treat when you are trying to keep to a healthy diet!

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops PURE Whey protein (Vanilla flavour)
  • 2 Scoops Instant Oats
  • 30ml Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Desiccated Coconut

Instructions

  1. In a food processor add the protein, oats and 1 tbsp. of coconut.
  2. A drop at a time add the milk until a dough ball has formed (you may need a little more or less milk to reach the right consistency).
  3. Split the dough ball into 8 pieces and roll them into small balls.
  4. Roll all balls around in the desiccated coconut and place on a plate.
  5. Once all balls are made, leave in the fridge for 1-2 hrs to set.
